In addition, if the purchased item was that of our printables then we do not provide a refund for these types of products. Therefore, we recommend that you fully examine the product you are about to purchase from our store section prior to making any type of printable and or digital printable purchase from us to ensure this is the item or items you wish to purchase, as we do not provide refunds for our digital printable items, and we thank you in advance for your understanding with this section of our refunds or returns policy section.

If you are not fully satisfied with your physical item purchase, return it. It’s easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, the gift receipt, or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price.
If the items was purchased via one of our print on demand service providers, you must contact that service provider to request a refund, as these are the service providers we use in order to fulfill any of our print on demand items listed through out our website.
An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
– Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
– Has one or more parts of accessories missing
– Does not match with what was ordered
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. In addition, if you purchased one of our items by using our Print on Demand service providers, you must contact them to request any type of refund or return, as they handle these requests for us!!
